Solid landings behavioral health is more of a collaboration among different family medicine organizations in the USA. The intent here is to drive and ensure continuous improvement in the healthcare system of the USA. On top of that, it is also needed to show the real worth of true primary care to those who need medical care of any sort.
Our Strategy
Our strategy is to entirely transform the concept of the family medicine specialty to the point that we could easily meet the healthcare needs of the nation. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance the health of every American.
All this could be achieved through an evolution in the patient-centric medical home and the best use of technology. Modern medicine also demands to have a diverse and excellent primary care workforce. This is further topped by making a shift to the comprehensive payment system for primary care.
Our Team

Steve Fennelly, Co–Founder, CEO
Steve co-founded Solid Landings Behavioral Health following his own recovery from drug addiction. He credits his personal insights and understanding of the life of an addict for his passion and goal for Solid Landings, which is to provide all its clients with a calm, supportive, family environment to allow them to focus on their recovery.
Steve holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Conn., and has extensive business experience. Steve managed his first successful construction company, Fennelly Construction, while finishing his degree in 2000. In 2004, he started A Plus C Quality Construction, at a time when addiction was taking ahold of his life. He moved to Southern California to try to turn his life around, leading to his founding of Solid Landings with partners, Mark Shandrow and Elizabeth Perry.
From a small sober living home, Solid Landings has become a nationally recognized facility known for its outstanding care, excellent services, and exceptional support for its clients.
Steve’s philosophy is to offer personalized care and concern for his clients. He believes that families are part of the healing process, and seeks to involve family members in the treatment of their loved ones. He insists on creating peaceful, family-like living arrangements where clients can focus on themselves and their recovery. Although there have been plenty of opportunities to grow Solid Landings in size, Steve has made a conscious decision to grow smartly, in order to provide personal support for clients.
He remains an active sponsor for people attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. He has also mentored a number of business owners to build businesses that promote a personal connection with their clients.
There are four key areas given below in the form of questions. They depict the task of the strategic planning portion associated with the Family medicine for the USA:
Gerik Degner, CFA, President
Gerik joined Solid Landings in early 2016 and brings with him nearly 20 years of refined experience in corporate finance. Most notable is Gerik’s recent work as co-founder and partner of Alpine Pacific Capital – a middle-market private equity investment firm that focuses on a wide variety of industry verticals including healthcare.
“I am eager to work with a company that is so deeply committed to helping those men and women who struggle with addiction,” Gerik says. “This company has established itself as one of the best in the industry, and I am excited to make it even better in the days, months, and years to come.” Gerik was raised in Colorado and graduated with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, a member of the CFA Institute, and is chairman of the Orange County chapter of Gen Next, an exclusive organization of executives dedicated to learning about and becoming engaged with the most pressing challenges facing future generations. In addition to portfolio company boards, he also serves on the board of directors for the Orange County chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Elizabeth Perry, Co-Founder and Chief Cultural Officer
Elizabeth has an extensive background in the marketing industry and her experience and skills in the areas of sales and advertising have been key in undoing fears and misconceptions about drug and alcohol treatment and getting more people to learn more about Solid Landings. A stint as a bartender, which ironically exacerbated a developing alcohol problem, gave Elizabeth a unique insight into the mind of a person who is addicted to substance use, and which led her to work with partners to form Solid Landings.

Mark Shandrow, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer
Mark’s enthusiasm and dedication to reaching positive outcomes for our clients has helped build Solid Landings as a center of excellence for the treatment of substance abuse. Mark’s background in both the private and non-profit sectors informs his initiatives to build business relationships and allow Solid Landings to grow and reach out to more people.
Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, and has wide experience leading several non-profit organizations and businesses. He was actively involved in Bikestation, an alternative transportation consulting service that oversaw millions of dollars from local, state, and federal agencies for bicycle and pedestrian transportation.
In 2005, he received his California real estate license, and soon opened Shandrow Group, a boutique real estate brokerage whose business includes managing and selling assets for large financial institutions such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, HUD, and Fannie Mae.

Tanisha Porreca, Chief Operating Officer – COO
Tanisha’s role is making sure that operations at Solid Landings are smooth and efficient and that all the clients’ needs are addressed and met. Tanisha’s background and passion is in helping those who are in need. She previously worked in the criminal justice system in the pretrial release department. She also worked in the non-profit sector, helping the hungry and poor.

Bill Dully, President of Laboratory Operations and Logistics
Bill Dully brings 30 years of business experience with his most significant work being the President/COO of Worldwide Operations at The Upper Deck Company and President/COO/CFO of Don Russ. In 2014 he was Senior Vice President of Operations of Windstone Behavioral Health and was responsible for the safe, daily operations of 16 clinics and ambulatory centers for the Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Mr. Dully received his C.A.A.D.A.C. from UCLA in 2013 and his Masters in Health Administration from USC in 2015. He is a veteran of The U.S. Navy and served two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf and is responsible for the overall business management operations at H&J; Toxicology.

Kristen B. Ford, Chief Legal Officer
Ms. Ford offers counsel on a wide variety of legal issues. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law and her undergraduate degree in computer science from Syracuse University. Since graduating from law school, Ms. Ford has tried civil cases all over the state and represented many high-profile clients.
She is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court, Eastern District. Her legal expertise, attention to detail, and enthusiasm will assist Solid Landings in maintaining its position as one of the top addiction treatment facilities in the country.

To fully employ the plan, a volunteer workforce would be devised in seven critical areas. This will be needed for acting to achieve all of the things mentioned under the core strategies. To make things simple, these seven critical areas are mentioned below:
- Practice

- Staff Education and Development
- Technology
- Health Equity
